Samuel Peters is a black artist and animator working out of Ontario, Canada. He is
currently enrolled in the 4-year Experimental Animation program at OCAD University. His main practice is 2D digital animation,
primarily working in Clip Studio Paint, with experience in Toon Boom Harmony. Much of the
work he creates centers around narratives about interpersonal relationships, like those of
family or close friends and how they face adversity together. Samuel also has a great love
for cinema as he is currently a member of the OCAD Cinema Society, a club which
assembles weekly to screen and discuss movies, serving as one of its senior members. He
is currently working on a new animation, following a group of his original characters and the
hijinks which ensues when they stumble upon a mysterious box.
